Job Summary:

Responsible for all warehousing needs of the plant. Plan forecast and keep safely all assets, products and equipment
of the plant

Key Responsibilities

• To provide the warehousing solutions of the company according to good storage practices
• Ensure efficient documentation of products in the warehouse
• To be able to account for all products in the warehouse
• Plan and forecast product needs for effective procurement
• Deliver reports on product usage and controls

Qualification Required & Experience

• Must demonstrate excellent knowledge of the warehouse management of a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant
• A degree in purchasing, supply or warehousing or similar high qualification
• A master’s degree in water or sanitation management will be desired
• Good control of software for warehousing
• Must be proactive and decisive

Qualification Required & Experience

Education

•  Minimum of 1st degree in marketing, sales or purchasing and supply

Experience

•  2 – 4 years in previous relevant working experience within a supply chain function
•  Proven track record in supply chain or freight forwarding environments
•  1 – 2 years management or supervisor experience
•  Medical Pharmaceutical background is an added advantage

The candidate must be capable of:

•  Receiving of goods into the hotel’s stores (both local and foreign)
•  Keeping an inventory of all goods in the Stores
•  Checking deliveries for correctness of quantities and quality
•  Taking stock at end of the month with Cost Controller in all the Stores, outlets and mini bars
•  Being responsible for the proper arrangement and cleaning of all stores
•  Issuing goods to user departments as per approved policy and procedure
•  Checking requisitions for correctness of signatures of head of departments before issuing
•  Assisting in off-loading containers and other deliveries
•  Performing other Clerical duties ( e.g., bin card administration) as required by the Chief Accountant

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Minimum of HND in Accounting/Costing or its equivalent
•  At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position

Role Profile

databases and the effective control of consignment stock.

Duties

• Will ensure compliance procedures are adhered to.
• Responsible for purchase administration and order processing using ERP systems.
• Expediting materials from suppliers and ensure on-time delivery.
• Assist in project costing reports.
• Liaise with Account Department on payment matters.
• Keeping records of purchases and other relevant documentation.

Education

Educated to the Degree Level ( Purchasing and Supply, Business Admin etc.)

Experience
