The sales assistant is reporting to the CEO and assisting in all operations concerning customer relations and marketing

Preparing commercial fairs

•   Identifying potential customers or existing contacts attending fair
•   Organizing meeting on the fair
•   Preparing fair visit (identifying booth, key conferences)

Follow up clients:

•   maintenance of the client’s file,
•   mail sending for follow up
•   commercial call with sales team

promotion material

•   Sample preparation (ordering boxes, labels, filling boxes)
•   T-shirt, ID’s for staff, posters, roll on, all print promotional
•   Maintaining website and pictures database
•   Updating website with SAP support

Orders follow up

•   Filing analysis and transportation documents
•   Filing batches and all related informations (dates, of processing, ETA loading)

Quality procedure

•   Collecting samples from field, storing and labelling samples
•   sending samples to lab
•   Filing history
•   Building specifications

Assisting back office

•   creation of payment / reception documents for women
•   Filing training proofs, scanning
•   Certification documentation maintenance

Reporting line
Reports to CEO

Transversal lines
For all administrative stuff: per diem, technical support, administrative questions he refers directly to the Administrative manager

For all operational issues, collaborates with Operation manager and Field staff
He/She collaborates with the staff of all StarShea partners: NGO’s, MFI’s, .. to organize and smoothen the field work

Compensation
The compensation will be in two parts

•   Fixed amount monthly
•   Bonus yearly (one month depending on performance)

Qualification Required & Experience

•   French and English fluent level (mail writing and reading) – mandatory
•   Good written communication skills: capacity to write commercial mails and proposals,
•   Quality of contact: phone or mail with clients
•   Autonomy and initiative (light coaching expected)
•   Familiar with Outlook, Excell, Word, Power Point
•   Education level: Degree
