Job Objective:
The successful candidate will lead a team of sales agents in prospecting new clients and managing corporate and institutional clients.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Prospect for new businesses and ensure renewals of existing businesses
• Develop and execute marketing strategy, plans and campaigns for selected sales agents
• Provide leadership to the marketing and sales teams towards the achievement of annual sales targets
• Build a strong Sales Team capable of growing the brand, market share volume, and profitability
• Establish and maintain detailed account plan for corporate and institutional clients for the sales team
• Set up monthly promotion plan and prepare monthly reports on activities, visits, follow-ups and results
• Set and maintain personal and professional standards for team members as well as ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Qualification Required & Experience
• Posses a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or in Insurance
• Have at least three (3) years post National Services working experience in Sales and Relationship Management
• Membership of marketing or insurance professional body is desirable
• Be confident, self-motivated, smart and outgoing
• Should have excellent sales and relationship management skills
• Ability to lead a team, make presentations and write reports
