Key Responsibilities

•   Plan, budget, mobilise, apply and manage resources efficiently to maximize the positive impact of your field operations
•   Outside the training season, conduct surveys on progress and play a communicative role between selected groups

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A minimum of a Bachelor’s in Training & Communication or related disciplines from a recognized institution in similar fields
•   A minimum of 5 years proven experience in a similar training position

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies

•   Exceptional communication skills and should be able to train and teach in a clear, concise manner.He/She should be patient and also should have the ability to motivate the trainees to achieve high levels of performance. He/She should be able to answer and solve each and every query of the trainee. He/She should be empathetic towards the trainee’s needs as well as respect his/her views
•   He/She should be able to develop innovative ideas to meet the changing training needs
•   Needs to be fluent in both English and French, both oral and written skills
•   The capacity to work simultaneously on multiple operational tasks, supervise staff to achieve set targets and obtain successful overall results
•   A highly versatile and sufficiently discerning personality to be effective across diverse regions and cultures, including the ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-specialist audiences
•   Deep knowledge of commitment to and interest in the development of the agricultural industry in Ghana
