Job Summary

•   You will coordinate the support of end-use hardware and software through the Global Service Desk and local desk side teams.
•   You will also assist in implementing and supporting the company's technology platforms to meet the goals of the business.

Qualification Required & Experience

You are required to have:

•   Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft applications - Certification
•   Microsoft Windows Server Certification
•   Strong knowledge of Internet Explorer and Microsoft Sharepoint '
•   Strong knowledge of Windows XP and Windows 7
•   A demonstrated understanding of networking
•   ITIL Framework and Processes
