Job Summary

• This position is responsible for ensuring that the best agronomical practices are followed in the company's farms and among the suppliers of raw materials to the factory while ensuring that fruits procured are of the highest quality and disease-free

Qualification Required & Experience

• A first Degree in crop science or any related field coursework in plant science, soil science, plant health and plant nutrition
• A minimum of 3 years working experiences
• Ability to create crop input recommendations
• Must possess an understanding of sound agronomical practices
• Must be able to read and understand the nutritional value relating to soil, plant material and water
• Must be computer literate
