Job Vacancy For Credit Controllers (3 Positions)



A reputable private company is seeking to employ experienced self-motivated professionals to fill the following vacancy: Credit Controllers (3 Positions)

Key Responsibilities

•   Delivering of invoices to clients
•   Collection of monthly subscription fees and ensuring that appropriate receipts are issued
•   Updating clients account ledgers with payments received
•   Lodgment of all cheques/payment received daily with the Head of department
•   Liaise with Business Development and Operations Departments on defaulting clients to ensure prompt payment of service delivered

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum educational qualification of HND, Accounting/Marketing option or its equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution
•   A degree in Accounting will be an added advantage

Experience

•   At least 2 years of progressive experience in credit control
•   Knowledge in any Accounting software

Competencies

•   The potential candidate must exhibit, strong presentation skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, public speaking skills, solid negotiation, computer literate and persuasion skill
•   Excellent interpersonal skills
•   Strong customer focus and service orientation
•   Self driven, values based, innovative, independent adaptive and results orientated person
