Job Title: Dispatch Riders

Job Summary

Principal duties and responsibilities will include:

• Delivering and picking-up of company documents and policies
• Loading, counting items and verifying its contents at destination
• Providing invoices for items delivered
• Preparing, maintaining and submitting timely and accurate reports of activities, especially clients visits/calls and deliveries
• Ensuring timely and professional submission of all information as requested for efficient operations
• Keeping record of daily visits in the log books

Qualification Required & Experience

• Must possess a minimum of WASSCE qualification
• Must speak, understand and write English language fluently
• Must be a skilled motorcycle rider with 3 years experience
• Must possess valid driver's license especially for motor bikes
• Must be willing to work before and after standard 8am - 5pm working hours and during peak working seasons
• Must be medically and physically fit for the role
