We provide support to projects within the Water and Sanitation, Agriculture and health sectors. Our range of services involve:

Our services mostly involve donor-sponsored projects that target rural, small towns and poor urban areas. We specialize in building capacity of MMDAs and communities using participatory approaches that emphasize decentralized ownership and leadership in project planning and implementation.

Designation and job roles

We are recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position of the positions of a:

•   Civil Engineer with strong experience in design and construction of rural infrastructure
•   A Sanitary Engineer with civil engineering background and relevant experience in environmental sanitation.

These are senior positions and the successful applicants will provide leadership in our research and consultancy activities

Qualification Required & Experience

Basic Requirements and Conditions

•   Applicants should have an excellent academic background and be holders of post graduate degrees (Masters Degree). A first degree in civil engineering is required for the positions.
•   A minimum of 3 years of post-graduation experience will be required in both cases
•   Successful candidates will undergo a staff development programme through a flexible but closely monitored scheme to ensure that by the end of a 6-month probation period he/she can accomplish job objectives and work with little supervision to deliver excellent outputs
•   Candidates should note that working with our resource group requires a high level of dedication and commitment to outputs which could involve extended working hours with frequent travels
•   There is no age limit to this advert and no preferences regarding gender.
•   Applicants should be available to start work as soon as possible
