Job Functions:

To assist the Sectional Manager and the Section as a whole in the effective performance of its functions.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   BSc (Electrical/Electronics Engineering Degree).
•   Completion of National Service.
•   Success in a competitive selection process

Competencies

•   Good theoretical engineering knowledge with particular reference to Electrical Engineering including numeracy and analytical skills; and quick appreciation of engineering blueprints, systems, concepts and designs.
•   Good knowledge of the generation, transmission, distribution and supply of electrical energy.
•   Knowledge of the Organizational set-up and functional roles of the Department
•   Knowledge of BPA operational work procedures.
•   Understanding and ability to apply the BPA safety rules and standard protection code.
•   Computer literacy skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AutoCAD).
