A reputable Engineering Company with Business Activities in providing infrastructural solutions to its clients is looking for results - oriented energetic young persons for below position:- Regional Managers (O & M)

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

•   Demonstrate the ability to think critically and proactively anticipate risks and prepare solutions in advance
•   Responsible for implementing operations strategies and action plans to ensure availability target is achieved
•   Responsible for network quality under domain and ensure quality standards are met
•   Responsible for practical orientation of new field employees
•   Ensure all documentation and reports are completed as required
•   Responsible for managing and reporting on spares
•   Perform daily operational checks on all cell site

Qualification Required & Experience

•   BE/BSc(Eng) in Electrical/Mechanical/Telecom Engineering or its equivalent
•   Must have high integrity
•   Must possess good leadership and supervisory skills
•   Strong troubleshooting and decision – making skills
•   Excellent organizational and communication skills
•   Proficient in MS Office Applications especially excel
•   Must be prepared to work outside Accra
