An exciting field services engineer position have come up in the Healthcare business of a fast growing company that has introduced innovation in its client services delivery in the Healthcare Industry in the country.

Job Title: Senior Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities Include:

•   Install medical equipment at Client sites either by yourself or as part of the installation term
•   Train clients relevant personnel on the use of medical equipment that company has installed for clients
•   Liaise with client on issues relating to installed equipment - installing problems, training concerns, maintenance / repairs concerns, spare part issues and the rest
•   Report issues raised by clients for prompt action with your manager
•   Pass on request from clients for items that they would want to buy to the sales Manager, witha copy to your supervisor
•   Plan annual maintenance schedule for installed equipment with your supervisor and in collaboration with clients, based on recommendations of the equipment manufacturer, local environmental conditions etc..
•   Undertake planned maintenance of installed equipment at client sites
•   Undertake emergency maintenance / repairs of installed equipment at client sites
•   Understake any other assignment as directed by your supervisor

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum of first degree, ideally in electrical / electronic engineering, or a related field of study
•   At least 5 years work experience in a similar position in a reputed healthcare organisation
•   The candidate must be an original thinker who can "thinker outside the box".
•   The person must have the ability to work under diverse conditions to meet deadlines
