Title: Senior Officer, Corporate Social Responsibility
Reports To: Principal Officer, Corporate Social Responsibility

Job Summary: Supports the implementation of the organisation’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability programmes by developing, executing, monitoring, and reporting on CSR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with community stakeholders, local authorities, and NGOs to support social impact projects.
• Prepare CSR reports, case studies, and impact assessments for internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with the Public Relations team to promote the organisation’s CSR initiatives through media channels, reports, and events.
• Monitor social and environmental issues related to the organisation’s operations and propose mitigation strategies.
• Assist in building partnerships with corporate foundations, donor agencies, and industry associations to expand the organisation’s CSR reach.

Qualification Required & Experience

Skills and Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Environmental Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in corporate social responsibility, community engagement, or sustainable development.
• Strong understanding of community relations, land use policies, and environmental conservation practices.
• Knowledge of global sustainability frameworks such as GRI, UN SDGs, and IFC Performance Standards.
• Proficiency in stakeholder mapping, risk assessment, and impact evaluation methodologies.
• Strong ethical mindset, demonstrating commitment to and passion for social responsibility and governance projects.
• Proactive approach with a problem-solving attitude and adaptability to dynamic social environments.
