Opportunity 1: Sales Representative – Education Sector (Digital Assessments & SIMS)

S4D Consulting is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to promote our cloud-based School Information Management System (SIMS) to primary, secondary, and tertiary institutions across Ghana.

This is your opportunity to join a forward-thinking team that's reimagining how schools operate—through smarter data, streamlined administration, and digital-first solutions that truly make a difference.

What You’ll Do:

• Client Prospecting & Lead Generation:

o Identify and engage public and private schools across Ghana
o Generate leads through school visits, cold calls, referrals, and digital outreach

• Solution Selling:

o Deliver tailored product demos suited to each school’s context
o Highlight SIMS features such as student records, finance, academic performance, communications, and analytics

• Stakeholder Engagement:

o Engage with school leadership, IT coordinators, and boards to understand their challenges and strategic goals
o Position SIMS as a critical digital transformation tool aligned with their vision

• Market Intelligence:

o Monitor competitor offerings and market trends
o Share market insights to refine S4D’s offerings and sales approach

• CRM & Reporting:

o Maintain accurate sales records, leads, and deal progress in the CRM
o Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to management

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven success in EdTech or SaaS sales
• Strong communication, presentation, and persuasive storytelling skills
• Understanding of education sector dynamics and school operations
• Tech-savvy, able to explain digital platforms clearly
• Results-oriented self-starter

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, ICT, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in educational sales or technology
• Ability to effectively engage with school decision-makers
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and school information systems
