Ghana Steel is currently hiring for the position of HR Executive / Visa Immigration Officer at our Tema location. We are looking for experienced professionals who are well-versed in labour laws and capable of handling visa and immigration processes efficiently.

Job Description:

• Manage visa and work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations
• Ensure company compliance with Ghanaian labour laws and immigration regulations
• Maintain accurate records and employee documentation
• Liaise with government authorities regarding immigration and legal matters
• Support HR functions including onboarding, policy implementation, and employee relations

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Law, or related field
• Minimum of 2–3 years' relevant experience, especially in immigration and labour law matters
• Strong understanding of Ghana Labour Act and immigration procedures
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office
