Trace Logistics is a dynamic and fast-growing logistics and transport company based in Burkina Faso with strategic presence across the West Africa region. As part of its staff reinforcement plan, Trace Logistics is seeking to recruit a highly experienced Senior Logistics Manager.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in transport and logistics
• At least 10 years of professional experience in logistics, ideally within a leading international freight forwarding or logistics group
• Proven mastery of logistics processes and operational mechanisms specific to Ghana, including port, customs and regulatory frameworks
• Solid expertise in international supply chain management, multimodal transport, customs clearance and operational optimization
• Fluent in English, with an excellent understanding and practical command of French (spoken and written)
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational discipline and ability to thrive in high pressure and multicultural environments
