Job Vacancy For General Manager, Human Resource & Administration
A limited liability company incorporated in 2011 under the Ghana companies code, 1963 (Act 179) is seeking to strengthen its leadership capacity and operational excellence and as a result, is inviting applications from qualified, experienced and competent professionals to fill the following vacant position: General Manager, Human Resource & Administration
Job Summary:
• This role requires aligning human capital strategies with the organization's business objectives, managing various talent and creating a supportive work environment to achieve optimum performance and productivity
• A successful candidate shall have a strategic oversight and direction for all administrative and support services of the company. The role in central to ensuring efficient oorganisational operations, effective internal service delivery and a well-coordinated workplace environment
Qualification Required & Experience
• A minimum of a Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration with Human Resource option, or a related field
• A professional HR certification (e.g, CIPD, SHRM, SPHR is required)
• A minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 10 years in a senior management or leadership role in a reputable organization
• In-depth knowledge of Ghana's labour laws and HR best practices
• Proven experience in organizational development, talent management and change leadership
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of the energy sector is desirable
