We are poly and paper production company based in Accra seeking a highly motivated and experienced Factory Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations.

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards and leading a team of dedicated workers.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and oversee all aspects of factory operations to meet production targets and deadlines
• Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure products meet industry standards
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency
• Oversee inventory management to ensure materials are available for production while minimizing exceed stock
• Prepare and present regular reports on production performance and operational challenges to the CEO

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g, Lean Manufacturing, and project management) is a plus
• 10 years of experience in manufacturing or factory management role, with a proven track record of managing production teams and processes
