We are poly and paper production company based in Accra seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales / Marketing Executive to oversee our manufacturing operations.

Job Summary

• In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance our brand presence

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy Development: Assist in creating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform sales and marketing strategies
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports on sales activities and market trends
• Customer Feedback: Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve products, service and overall customer experience

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• 5 years of experience in sales, marketing or a related role, preferably in poly and paper industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Proficient in market research and analysis
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
