Key Responsibilities:

• Book and issue flight tickets (local & international)
• Handle client inquiries and provide travel advice
• Manage reservations, ticket reissues, and cancellations
• Maintain accurate booking records
• Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and online

Qualification Required & Experience

Requirements:

• Experience with airline reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Must be proactive, organized, and tech-savvy
