JOB DESCRIPTION
• Overseeing and coordinating daily business operations
• Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
• Working closely with the management team to set goals, plan and execute business strategies
• Identifying operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies and implementing necessary changes
• Managing procurement processes and coordinating material and resources allocation

Skills and Qualifications
• Proven work experience as an Operations Officer or similar role
• Experience with operational processes, analysis, and reporting
• Understanding of business functions including HR, Finance, and Marketing
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics
• Proficiency with MS Office and operational software
