National Service Personnel



Job Summary

• As a National Service Person in the Sales & Marketing Team, you will gain hands-on experience in the building materials industry while supporting the company’s sales and marketing operations.
• This role is designed to provide practical exposure to market research, customer engagement, sales coordination, and promotional activities. You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Executives to contribute to business growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales & Marketing team with day-to-day operations, reporting, and coordination.
• Support customer relationship management by handling inquiries, following up on leads, and maintaining client databases.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to support strategy development.
• Participate in showroom/branch activities including product display, stock checks, and sales activation.
• Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Help prepare sales and marketing reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Maintain proper documentation of sales orders and related transactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, accounts, production) to ensure smooth order processing.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Sales & Marketing Supervisor/Manager.

Qualification Required & Experience

• A recent graduate eligible for National Service (preferably in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
