A reputable microfinance company based in Kumasi is seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic leadership and drive the organization's growth and sustainability. The successful candidate will oversee operations, strengthen financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance and foster innovation to meet the evolving needs of clients and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Provide overall strategic direction and leadership to achieve the company's vision, mission and objectives
• Ensure the operational and financial sustainability of the company
• Oversee daily operations, financial management and risk control measures
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements of the financial sector
• Drive business development, client acquisition and innovative microfinance solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners and regulators
• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing management team

Qualification Required & Experience

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field (professional qualification such as ACCA, CFA, or ICAG will be an advantage)
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in banking, microfinance or related financial services, with at least with at least 5 years in a senior management role
• Must not be more than 50 years

Compensation: The compensation for this position is competitive and negotiable, commensurate with qualifications and experience
