We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Administrative Officer to join our team.

Job Summary

• The successful candidate will provide administrative support to management and staff, while ensuring effective communication in both English and French.
• Key responsibilities include document preparation and translation, meeting and travel coordination, stakeholder communication, and maintaining office systems and records.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
• Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

Assets (added advantage):

• Previous experience in a bilingual administrative role (government, NGO, or private sector).
• Knowledge of project coordination, HR, or procurement processes.
• Familiarity with digital collaboration and project management tools.
