Summary:

We invite applications for a sales position in a young and dynamic company; this position is suitable to a motivated individuals who is eager to contribute to our business growth. Both male and female candidates are welcome.

Note: Preference will be given to applicants possessing customer data as well as proven experience in pharmacy, Beauty and Cosmetics with proven sales records.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain and service existing customer relationships
• Identify prospective clients and expand market shares
• Build and sustain connections with key decision-makers
• Manage an active sales pipeline to maximize revenue generation
• Submit weekly and monthly progress reports to management

Qualification Required & Experience

• Diploma
• Years of Experience: 2 years

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal aptitude
• Easy going and people person,
• Results-oriented, highly driven, and motivated by performance incentives (commission offered)
• Demonstrated ability to engage with key decision-makers
• Willingness to travel within Ghana as necessary
• Residency in Accra & Kumasi is preferred
• Valid driving license required
• Ownership of a personal vehicle is essential
• Capable of working independently
