JOB DESCRIPTION

• Administer user accounts and security controls within Active Directory
• Administrating IT systems such as email and centralised user management
• Making sure printers, video conferencing systems and other IT related equipment is functioning
• Provides day-to-day technical support to employees for internal desktop, laptop systems, game consoles and the associated network infrastructure
• Installs, configures and troubleshoots desktop systems workstations, laptops, game consoles and network issues in a heterogeneous environment
• Provides service, maintenance and repairs of computers and peripheral equipment
• Installs and support of client software applications and operating systems

Qualification Required & Experience

• HNDor diploma
• Troubleshooting
• Hardware and software
• Data backup and recovery
• Problem- solving
• Time management
• 2 years professional experience
