JOB SUMMARY
• Assisting customers with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies, and answering questions.
• Tracking, recording, reporting, and storing information related to transactions, company supplies, and customers, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
• Maintaining and balancing cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies.
• Keeping a clean, organized work area and a professional appearance.
• Handling currency, transactions, and confidential information in a responsible manner.
• Process customer transactions
• Packaging cash and rolling coins to be stored in drawers or the company vault
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate company services
• Build and maintain customer loyalty by providing excellent customer service
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
• HND or degree
• Exceptional time management
• Good communication
• Customer service skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Computer proficiency
• High level of integrity and trustworthiness
