JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct safety and emergency equipment inspections.
• Check that the cabin is clean and fully stocked with supplies.
• Participate in pre-flight briefings with pilots and crew to discuss flight specifics.
• Greet passengers and assist them with stowing luggage and finding seats.
• Demonstrate safety and emergency procedures, including how to use safety equipment.
• Serve food, beverages, and snacks.
• Provide first aid and medical assistance during emergencies.
• Manage and de-escalate situations with disruptive passengers.
• Direct passengers during an orderly and expeditious evacuation if necessary.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or higher
• Safety awareness
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Quick thinking
• Physical fitness
• Customer service
• 2 years work experience
