Job Vacancy For Sales Executive
Job Summary
• We are seeking one proactive and results-driven BM Sales Specialist to strengthen our sales force and achieve our regional targets.
• The successful candidates will work with our existing team to ensure full market coverage, aggressively drive sales, build lasting customer relationships, and enhance brand presence across the Central Market and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales of water closets, showers, bathroom cabinets, faucets, and other sanitary ware products within the • Identify and engage new customers, including retailers, project contractors, and developers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
• Ensure proper display and branding of products at retail outlets and mini showrooms.
• Follow up on leads and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide weekly sales reports and market intelligence to management.
• Support marketing and promotional activities in the assigned territory.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in the building materials or sanitary ware industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
