Job Vacancy For Technical Operations Associate



SicaGlobal VA's is looking for a highly organized, Techincal Operations Associate who will serve as the initial filter for agency technical issues and systems support. This is a hands-on role perfect for a tech-savvy individual who thrives on solving problems and managing systems with a high degree of attention to detail. Working under the direction of our Operations Director, this Associate will assist in maintaining our operational efficiency, providing front-line technical support to staff, and ensuring the accuracy of vital agency reports.

You’ll be Responsible For:

• Serve as the first line of defense for staff technical inquiries, including basic troubleshooting for software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
• Ensure seamless account access for employees across various platforms.
• Adding and maintaining pre-designed templates (e.g., email scripts, form letters) within the Agency Management System (AMS) and CRM
• Assist in the execution of system changes by reviewing and editing agency automations.
• Assist in compiling and presenting data, ensure the accuracy of reports by reviewing, verifying, and editing complex formulas in Excel.

Qualification Required & Experience

• 1+ years of experience in an IT Support, Technical Assistant, or Help Desk role
• Proven ability to diagnose and solve common hardware/software issues and clearly communicate solutions to non-technical staff.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel Proficiency
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Tools and Administration preferred
• Proven track record of high attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
