Job Summary
• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Specialist to support sales operations, enhance customer relationship management, and improve customer satisfaction (PSI).
• The ideal candidate must be analytical, customer-focused, and able to manage client data and communication effectively to support business development.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system accurately.
• Track customer interactions, purchase history, and account information.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to strengthen relationships.
• Assist sales teams with customer profiling, sales data, and documentation.
• Support client sales activities and monitor customer usage of BM (Building Materials) products.
• Prepare reports on customer behavior, purchasing frequency, and market trends.
• Conduct regular market visits to collect customer feedback and understand market dynamics.
• Inspect customer inventory usage and provide timely reports to management.
• Communicate PSI updates, client concerns, and suggestions to the sales and management team.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, potential risks, and growth opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly CRM reports to support decision-making.
• Support the team in improving customer satisfaction metrics.
• Work closely with sales managers, regional managers, and operational teams.
• Provide administrative and documentation support when required.
• Participate in CRM-related projects and process improvement initiatives.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• Sales, Business Administration, or Customer Service is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer relationship management, sales support, or client services is preferred.
• Ability to use CRM systems/tools
• Strong learning ability and basic computer proficiency (Excel, CRM software, reporting tools).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and market awareness.
• Ability to work independently
• High level of responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail.
• Conscientious, honest, and able to manage customer interactions professionally.
