Cool Guy Air-Conditioning Service Company is seeking to recruit AC Technician

Job Description:

• Skilled AC Technicians with NABPT certification are invited to join our professional team for full-time roles servicing home and office air conditioning systems.
• Key responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing AC systems; diagnosing and troubleshooting issues efficiently; performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance; ensuring compliance with safety regulations; and delivering excellent customer service with clear client communication.

Qualification Required & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience as an AC Technician.
• NABPT (National Board for Professional Technicians) certification or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical components.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Salary: GHS 3,000–4,000 per month plus performance-based incentives
