Millionaires Casino is seeking to employ a highly skilled and experienced Male Chef to join its culinary team.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of HND, Degree or recognized Cooking/Culinary Certificate
• Professional culinary training will be an added advantage

Work Experience

• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of proven working experience as a professional chef
• Age: 35 - 45 years

• Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Strong culinary expertise across a variety of cuisines
• High level of physical stamina and ability to work under pressure
• Proven leadership and kitchen management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask with strong organizational skills
• High level of creativity in menu planning and presentation
• Good business acumen including cost control and kitchen efficiency
