Job Description:

• Customer Interaction: Meeting with applicants, explaining different loan types, and advising on interest rates and terms.
• Analysis & Evaluation: Reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and credit histories to assess risk.
• Loan Processing: Gathering, verifying, and submitting necessary documentation for approval.
• Relationship Management: Developing referral networks, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with underwriters.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Ensuring all loans adhere to federal and state regulations.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of HND or Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or any related field
• Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and numerical analysis abilities.
• Deep understanding of loan products, interest rates, and lending guidelines.
• 2- 3 years working experience
