Job summary
•Responsible for applying advanced geospatial approaches and location intelligence to solve business challenges and generate fact-based insights that support data-driven decision-making.

Key Tasks:
•Research new methods, test newly developed tools, and present cutting-edge methods for geospatial applications across the business
•Manage ArcGIS Online Portal
•Manage Enterprise ArcGIS Server
•Prepare customized GIS web maps/applications for reporting data insights
•Work with geodatabase and build new datasets for use by MTN Ghana
•Provide spatial analyses for network planning & prioritization process
•Design and conduct spatial analysis to support data mining and reporting
•Provide training to staff in the use of GIS applications and datasets
•Define user requirements and apply best practices (Network, Customer Care, Commercial)
•Support customer analytics team with data mining, reporting/analyses and market research inputs
•Support research with online survey instrument and analyses of results
Qualification Required & Experience
Education:
• A Bachelor’s degree in a Geo spatial related field e.g. Geography, Urban Planning, Statistics/ Geo-statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field of study.
Experience:
•3 years of relevant work experience in Geospatial analytics
Training:
•Certificate in Development of ArcGIS Applications
•Certificate in Managing Enterprise ArcGIS Server
•Certificate in Data Analysis & Reporting Using Power BI
•SEQ Analyst PS Network Performance Management
Professional/Technical competencies:
•Strong knowledge of Marketing Concepts
