Title: Finance Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

•Maintain robust cost systems to track materials, labour and overheads
•Analyse product costing, margin opportunities and pricing strategies to improve operational performance
•Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting aligned with production targets
•Manage cost accounting (raw materials ,VVIP, finished goods)
•Prepare financial reports and provide insights to support operational decisions
•Manage cash flow and working capital for continuous production operational decisions
•Ensure tax compliance, audits and statutory reporting
•Implement strong internal controls and risk management systems
•Partner operations to improve efficiency, cost reduction and profitability

Qualification Required & Experience

•Degree in Finance/Accounting (Professional certification preferred-ACCA/CA/CIMA)
•Minimum 10+ years experience in manufacturing or heavy industry
•Strong background in costing, inventory management and financial analysis
•Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel
