•Responsible for the coordination of Enterprise and Sustainability Projects under the guidance of the Manager, Business & Sustainability Projects Implementation ensuring that all related projects are completed within the prescribed time frame, quality, scope, and budget whilst also ensuring that all governance requirements, MTN values and best practices are adhered to.

Job Role

•Lead and manage small the delivery of Business Initiatives with impact-based execution
•Track projects budget utilization and spend forecast, CAPEX commitment and capitalization, change request and budget reports in line with CAPEX Budget management framework and guidance.
•Facilitate project planning and implementation sessions, meetings, communicating minutes and actions for tracking and reporting
•Coordinate the preparation and delivery of different project documents in accordance with the Capital Project Management Framework, e.g. CAPEX Investment Request, Project Plan of Execution, Progress Reports, and other documentation and presentations.
•Record and apply lessons learnt from previous projects
•Work with the Project Manager to schedule and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
•Assist in estimating the resources needed to achieve project goals
•Track and update project risk and dependencies. Work effectively with stakeholders to ensure risks mitigating controls are applied timeously
•Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and sign off with relevant stakeholders
•Coordinate tasks executions and responsibilities by appropriate personnel including vendors and functional teams.
•Coordinate issue and conflicts resolution within the project team and support with timely escalations to the project manager where necessary
•Support in the development of all stakeholder and other business relationships
•Proactively coordinate changes in project scope, identify potential crises and contribute to devising contingency plans.
•Ensure high collaboration among project team members to facilitate optimum project delivery.
•Support and demonstrate continuous improvement in processes and the way of work
•Update and maintenance of all relevant project documentation such as design docs, sign off, closure documents, PPP
•Work directly with the Project Manager to define project scope, goals, success criteria and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
•Effectively communicate project expectations and status reports to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
•Liaise with project stakeholders, follow up on tasks and escalate blockers as required.
•Provision of administrative support and supporting lead functions required for the project to the PM

Qualification Required & Experience

Education

•A Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Construction Management/ Building Services Engineering/ Related Fields.
•A Project Management certification will be advantageous, e.g. PMP, Prince2 Foundation & Practitioner, Agile PM
•Experience 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role in project delivery or other business initiatives in any industry.
•Formal experience in a fast-paced business environment in specific areas of transformation delivery.
•Experience working in an agile team.
•Experience in stakeholder management.
•Experience working in a diverse team
