We are looking for an experienced male bank teller as our primary customer representative, processing daily transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with accuracy. Who will ensure accurate cash handling, balance drawers daily, and promote bank services while maintaining strict security compliance. Key skills include, stellar customer service, attention to detail, and sales ability.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Transaction Processing: Receive cheques and cash for deposit, verify amounts, cash cheques, and process loan payments.
• Customer Service: Answer inquiries regarding accounts, resolve issues, and provide professional service.
• Cash Handling & Accuracy:
Balance the cash drawer daily, verify cash, and manage currency accurately.
• Sales & Promotion: Cross-sell bank services and products (e.g., savings accounts, safe deposit boxes) to clients.
• Compliance & Security: Adhere to bank policies, security procedures, and fraud detection techniques.

Qualification Required & Experience

Required Skills and Qualifications

• HND / Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar field.
• Proven 2-year experience of working as a teller, with knowledge of banking or business being beneficial.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients.
• Mathematical Skills: Strong basic math skills for balancing, counting, and verifying cash.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to detect errors and potentially fraudulent activity.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency
