Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects while also developing engaging content to promote the company’s services, projects, and brand across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering Duties

• Plan, design, and supervise construction projects from start to finish
• Prepare technical drawings, reports, and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders

Marketing & Content Creation

• Develop and manage content for social media, website, and marketing materials
• Facilitate capturing of project progress through photos, videos, and site updates
• Create engaging posts, articles, and promotional materials
• Support branding and digital marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with management to enhance company visibility and client engagement

Qualification Required & Experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5-10 years relevant experience in construction
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management
• Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D)
• Skills in content creation (photography, videography, graphic design, or writing) preferable
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification or membership with a recognized engineering body
preferable
• Experience managing company social media or brand communications
