Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring functionality, safety, and aesthetic value.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings
• Prepare 2D and 3D models, renderings, and construction documentation
• Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and present design proposals
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design implementation
• Review and approve materials and finishes

Qualification Required & Experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture
• Minimum of 2–5 years relevant experience in architectural design
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and building regulations
• Excellent design, visualization, and presentation skills
• Strong communication and project management abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification or membership with a recognized architectural body
preferable
• Experience working on residential and commercial projects
• Knowledge of sustainable and green building practice
