We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to join our institution as Head of School – Academics. This is a leadership role for a passionate individual committed to academic excellence, innovation and continuous improvement in teaching and learning.

Location: Tamale, Northern Region
Salary: Ghc 3000.00 – Ghc 4,000.00

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for all academic programmes
• Supervise and support teaching staff to ensure high-quality instruction
• Develop, review and implement academic policies and curricula
• Monitor student performance and drive initiatives to improve outcomes
• Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulatory requirements
• Promote a culture of excellence, discipline and continuous learning
• Coordinate staff training, development and performance evaluation
• Work closely with management to achieve institutional goals

Qualification Required & Experience

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 27 years
• At least 7 years of relevant teaching and academic management experience
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage teams and drive academic performance
• High level of integrity, professionalism and commitment
