Salad Boss Plus is looking for a sharp, energetic, and tech-savvy Logistics & Delivery Coordinator to take full ownership of our food delivery system. If you are highly organized, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a background in IT to streamline and troubleshoot digital dispatch platforms, we want you on our team.

Your primary goal will be to bridge the gap between our kitchen and our customers, ensuring fast, accurate, and seamless deliveries every single day.

Key Responsibilities

•Order Dispatch & Quality Control: Coordinate directly with the kitchen team to package and dispatch food orders immediately when ready. Double-check every order bag against invoices to ensure 100% accuracy (dressings, sides, and cutlery).
•Rider & Fleet Management: Supervise internal dispatch riders and coordinate with external delivery partners. Map out optimized routes to guarantee fast delivery times.
•Tech & Platform Management: Monitor and manage multi-channel restaurant delivery dashboards and tablets. Ensure seamless integration between our Point of Sale (POS) system and the delivery network.
•IT Troubleshooting: Act as the first line of defense for technical hitches during operation hours—quickly resolving issues with Wi-Fi connectivity, app glitches, tablet freezes, or receipt printer jams.
•Customer Support & Tracking: Track riders in real-time, handle delivery-related customer inquiries professionally, and solve transit or navigation issues on the spot.
•Account Reconciliation: Work closely with the cashier to verify and reconcile cash-on-delivery and mobile money (MoMo) payments from riders at the end of their shifts.

Qualification Required & Experience

Requirements & Qualifications

•Education: HND or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
•Experience: Proven experience in restaurant dispatch, e-commerce logistics, or fast-food delivery management.
•Technical Skills: Strong familiarity with restaurant POS systems, third-party delivery vendor dashboards, and basic network/hardware troubleshooting. Proficient in MS Excel for performance tracking.
•Local Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Adenta and major Accra delivery routes, traffic shortcuts, and navigation apps.
•Key Attributes: Exceptional organizational skills, ability to remain calm and sharp under pressure during peak lunch/dinner rushes, and strong leadership to manage a field-based rider team.
