Responsibilities

•Manage operations & purchase of ingredients & supplies
•Handle sales and customer service
•Manage and supervise staff
•Prepare daily and weekly financial reports

Qualification Required & Experience

•Bachelors Degree
•3+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
•Proficiency with POS systems and digital record-keeping
•Ability to work independently
•Great customer service & communication skills
•Reliability & integrity
