Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for appointment as Assistant Lecturers / Lecturers / Senior Lecturers / Associate Professors / Professors to the following Departments:

•Nursing
•Midwifery
•Physician Assistantship

Responsibilities

•Provide academic instruction to students in courses assigned
•Undertake research/publications in areas of academic interest
•Undertake effective assessment of students academic performance
•Supervise students research
•Serve as mentor/counselor to students

Personal Qualities

•Must have credible scholarly credentials in teaching, research and publication
•Must exhibit high sense of work ethics and diligence
•Must have proven capacity to motivate and inspire staff and students
•Must demonstrate ability to provide academic leadership

Qualification Required & Experience

•A candidate seeking for appointment as Assistant Lecturer should hold MPhil in any of the disciplines stated above
•A candidate seeking for appointment as a Lecturer should hold a PhD in any of the disciplines stated above OR
•Is already a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor/Professor in the related discipline and holds a PhD
•Candidates applying for Nursing and Midwifery must have active Pin Number from the relevant professional bodies
•Must have considerable number of years of teaching and research experience at University or comparable institution
