POSITION: Kumasi Operations Manager
COMPANY: MENZ-KOBBS LIMITED COMPANY
LOCATION: Kumasi, Ghana
REPORTING TO: General Manager / VP of Operations

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an outgoing, energetic, and highly credible professional to supervise operations in Kumasi, drive business prospecting, and manage brand/growth initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Supervise service machines at designated locations
•Identify new hotspots and conduct due diligence on potential sites
•Prepare detailed reports on operational status and sales (including verification of bank deposits
and books)

•Outgoing & Energetic Proactive, engaging, and able to build relationships easily
•Integrity / Credibility Inclined toward truth and facts — no vagueness, no "vibes" — only evidence-based work
•Hardworking Willing to go the extra mile to ensure operational excellence

SALARY: GHS 1,500 – 2,500 per month

Salary determined based on discovery during the recruitment process (not solely on CV)
