A reputable company in the hospitality industry is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced professional to fill the position of CCTV operator.

Key Responsibilities

•Live monitoring: Watch multiple camera feeds in real time from a control room. Spot suspicious behaviour, safety hazards, theft or unauthorized access
•Recording & Playback: Retrieve, review and save footage for investigations
•System checks: Do daily checks to ensure all cameras are working
•Report faults, blind spots or equipment issues to IT/maintenance.
•Logging: Keep a detailed control room logbook. Record shift handover notes, incidents, system faults and visitor access to the control room
•Confidentiality: Handle all footage in line with company policy and Ghana's Data protection act. No sharing of videos on social media
•Installation: To be able to install CCTV cameras of any kind

Qualification Required & Experience

•Minimum of HND in Computer Science
•Certificate in CCTV operations
•Strong observation skills and attention to detail
•God communication and reporting skills
•No criminal history and must be trustworthy
