Job Vacancy For Hospitality Manager – Guest House & Bar



We are seeking a proactive and service-driven Hospitality Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a boutique guest house and bar located off the DPS Road, Community 25, Tema.

This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering excellent guest experiences while ensuring efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the guest house and bar to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Deliver and maintain a high standard of guest experience and satisfaction
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence
• Manage bookings, guest relations, and service delivery
• Monitor and optimise revenue opportunities while controlling costs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Maintain the facility’s reputation for quality service and professionalism

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience in hospitality, guest house, or small hotel management
• Minimum of a Diploma or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of the local area, including tourism and events
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
• Practical, hands-on approach with a strong sense of accountability

Location Preference

• Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Community 25, Tema
