Kratos Medical & Fertility Center is seeking to recruit Digital Marketing & Content Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution

•Develop and implement content calendars across facebook, Instram, Linkedin, Tiktok & YouTube Run paid ad campaign (Meta Ads, Google Ads)

Content Creation

•Write engaging copy, blogs and patient education materials. Create graphics, infographics and short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

Community Engagement

•Monitor and respond to inquiries, comments and messages in a timely manner

Analytics & Reporting

•Track KPIs (engagement rate, leads generated, conversion rate). Present monthly reports directly to the CEO

Qualification Required & Experience

•Diploma / HND / Degree in Marketing, Communications or related
•Minimum 3 years experience social media marketing and content creation
•Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut or Premiere Pro
•Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
•Experience in healthcare or service-based industries is an added advantage
•Excellent communication and storytelling ability
