Summary

•We are seeking high-output, street-smart Recruitment Specialists with deep factory recruitment experience and strong industry networks. This role is fully hands-on and field-based, focused on high-volume recruitment of factory hands, artisans, and semi-skilled workers.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute high-volume recruitment of factory hands, artisans, and operational staff.
•Conduct bulk screening, interviews, shortlisting, and deployment coordination.
•Support recruitment for skilled roles when required.
•Conduct field recruitment drives in targeted communities.
•Engage community leaders to source candidates.
•Represent the company during recruitment activations, walk-ins, and community engagements.
•Maintain accurate recruitment records and daily hiring trackers.
•Support onboarding documentation and ensure candidates meet joining requirements.
•Update recruitment data in real time and support processes.
•Uphold recruitment standards, ethics, and compliance at all times.

Qualification Required & Experience

•Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably within: Manufacturing, Outsourcing / manpower supply, and Industrial recruitment
•Strong understanding of factory manpower dynamics in Ghana.
•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
•Good communication skills in English; local language fluency is a strong advantage.
•Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
