Position Overview

The Digital Operations Officer is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the organization’s digital systems, platforms, and workflows. This role ensures smooth day-to-day digital operations, supports innovation, and drives efficiency through technology adoption and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and monitor digital platforms (websites, apps, CRM, ERP, cloud tools).
•Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with data protection standards.
•Streamline workflows by automating processes and integrating digital tools.
•Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT vendors for fixes.
•Identify and resolve bottlenecks in digital operations.
•Collect, analyze, and report on operational and performance data.
•Provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
•Lead digital transformation initiatives and system upgrades.
•Must have IT knowledge to Coordinate with IT, marketing, and other departments to deliver projects on time.
•Train and support staff in using digital tools effectively.
•Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical staff.
•Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.
•Contribute to digital strategy development aligned with organizational goals.
•Ability to use the digital space to generate convertible leads.

Qualification Required & Experience

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Digital Management, or related field.
•Proven experience in digital operations, IT systems, or process management.
•Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, CRM/ERP systems, and digital workflow tools.
•Analytical mindset with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
•Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
